We meet at Cate Square park and run 5k around the SLU campus. Paces range from 7min/mi to run/walk, so come one come all. When the weather is nice, it is BYOB and we move to Railroad Park. If you forget, La Carreta will serve drink in cups with lids. When the weather is not so nice, we move to a local restaurant or pub.

Reindeer Run 2025
The Reindeer Run—presented by Davie Shoring—returns with a chip-timed 5K and a 1-mile fun run/walk through the heart of historic Downtown Hammond. It’s one of the most festive traditions of the Christmas season.

Children’s Yoga
Children’s Yoga is for our younger yogis and will take place on the first Tuesday of every month at 4:30 PM in the Grace Memorial Education Building. This fun and engaging session is open to all children in the community, providing a playful introduction to yoga.

2025 Gobble & Go 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run
Join us for the 4th Annual "It's OK" Mental Health and Wellness Gobble and Go 5k Walk/Run, organized by Creole Fitness, The A.G.A.P.E Project and Chappapeela Sports Park! This inspiring 5k run/walk aims to raise awareness and combat the stigma surrounding stress, depression, grief, and anxiety.
