This babywearing- and pregnancy-friendly class is open to moms and their babies up to 18 months postpartum. Designed to improve muscle tone, gently stretch tissues, and support overall health and well-being, this class meets women exactly where they are in their pregnancy or postpartum journey.
February's class for kids is Love, Art and Clay! Students will create heartfelt artwork inspired by love and friendship with air dry clay. All materials are provided.
February's class for teens is Cardboard Sculpting. Students will create 3D paper sculptures. All materials are provided.
