Come celebrate the talent and creativity of art educators from Louisiana, many of whom belong to the Louisiana Art Educators Association! The Art Educators as Artists exhibition will showcase 2-D and 3-D pieces in various mediums by more than 25 artists from Louisiana.

Inspired by the ever-changing hues of the world around her, Anne McLeod-Anderson creates paintings that capture the beauty of a single moment, whether it’s the colors of a season, a day, or even a fleeting glimpse in time. Through thoughtful use of line, space, balance, and focal point, her work invites viewers into a sense of unity and harmony. The result is art that not only reflects nature’s palette but also brings a feeling of peace.

Southeastern’s Opera/Music Theatre Workshop closes out Fanfare at the Columbia Theatre with Mozart’s final opera, complete with a live orchestra.  This timeless fantasy tells the story of Prince Tamino and his odd companion, Papageno, on their quest to rescue the daughter of the Queen of the Night.   Directed by Dr. Jennifer Mouledous.  Presented as part of Fanfare, 2025.
