The Reindeer Run, presented by Davie Shoring, returns with a chip-timed 5K and a 1-mile fun run/walk through the heart of historic Downtown Hammond. It’s one of the most festive traditions of the Christmas season!

Every participant, whether running the 5K or walking the 1-mile, will receive a custom finisher medal. Experienced runners, families, and everyone in between are welcome. Strollers, including jogging strollers, are welcome too. Children in strollers don’t need to be registered unless you’d like them to get a medal.

Race day schedule:

• 1-mile fun run: 8 am

• 5K: immediately after the last 1-mile runner finishes (approximately 8:30 am)

After the finish line, celebrate at a holiday-themed after party in Cate Square Park. Free parking is available throughout Downtown Hammond, including the parking mall a short walk from the starting line.
