Terry Adam’s The Road Home: Documentary Premiere

  • The Columbia Theatre 220 East Thomas Street Hammond, LA, 70403 United States (map)

celebrate the career and legacy of terry adams

Terry Adams — internationally renowned BMX Flatland competitor, mentor, innovator, and pioneer — is returning home to where his journey first began: Hammond, Louisiana.

In partnership with the Hammond Downtown Development District, Adams will host a heartfelt hometown celebration honoring both his extraordinary career and the global culture of BMX Flatland. This special event will feature the highly anticipated premiere of his biographical documentary, The Road Home, alongside a dynamic Flatland Jam that is expected to attract BMX athletes, celebrities, influencers, and fans from around the world.

The Road Home, directed and produced by Billy Henrickle and filmed by Blu Dot Productions, offers an intimate and moving look at Adams’ path through the world of BMX. More than a story of athletic excellence, the film is a tribute to the people and places that shaped him — celebrating the deep roots of friendship, family, and community in his hometown of Hammond.

Tickets are $15 each and sales open in July 2025. Ticket purchase admits one (1) to The Road Home Documentary Premiere at the Columbia Theatre and an invitation to the After Party at Gnarly Barley.
