Flo & Glo Hammond: Where Medical Expertise Meets Holistic Wellness
Wellness has found a new home in downtown Hammond, where Flo & Glo is blending medical expertise with holistic care in a space designed to heal, energize, and inspire.
LPN, Lainey Carr’s passion for wellness began with her son’s struggle with eczema, which led her down a path of natural remedies and lifestyle changes. Later, she discovered her own B12 deficiency—something that, once treated, finally allowed her to carry three healthy pregnancies after years of miscarriage and IVF challenges. Today, she uses those experiences to advocate for others.
In 2022, Lainey joined a weight-loss program that not only helped her reach her goals but also introduced her to a network of wellness-minded friends. Some of those friends later opened the first Flo & Glo Wellness & IV Lounge in Amite. When the owners, Cragg & Jansen Fitz and Will & Amy Knight, NP, expanded into franchising, Lainey saw her opportunity and invited Bradley Gulotta, PharmD, to join her on the journey.
Guided by Amy Knight, Lainey and her husband, Chad Carr, RN, along with Bradley, PharmD, launched Flo & Glo IV Wellness Lounge – Hammond in January 2025. It’s now the 11th location in a rapidly growing franchise.
While many people imagine franchising as rigid and corporate, Lainey emphasizes that Flo & Glo is refreshingly flexible. “This is us,” she explains of the Hammond location. The franchise team provides structure, branding, design, policies, procedures, and training—but each owner still makes most of the final decisions. That independence matters in downtown Hammond, where Flo & Glo adds to revitalization efforts by introducing a wellness space that’s both modern and personal.
The Hammond ownership team brings impressive credentials: Chad with more than 20 years of ER and trauma nursing experience, Lainey with her nursing and wellness background, and Bradley with a doctorate in pharmacy. Together, they’ve built a team dedicated to safe, effective, and personalized care. Bradley explains, “I believe true wellness comes from balance—restoring your body’s natural flow and revealing your inner glow. Our IV therapy and wellness services are designed to hydrate, energize, and revitalize you from the inside out so you can look and feel your best every day. It's self care meets health care. It's about giving your body what it needs to heal and thrive. Being able to help people be well and feel good has always been my calling, and Flo & Glo is the perfect vessel to fulfill that mission.”
For Chad, Flo & Glo represents a gentler chapter after decades of trauma nursing. “I’m used to seeing people on their worst days,” he says. “Now I get to help them earlier, before they ever reach a crisis.” He credits IV therapy with helping manage his own migraines—a treatment he wishes he had access to sooner in life. For him, being part of Flo & Glo means supporting wellness proactively, helping people feel their best every day rather than just treating emergencies.
Inside, guests are welcomed by Kayla and Emily, the friendly front-desk specialists who guide newcomers through their options. Medical services are provided by a skilled team of registered nurses—Bridget, Victoria, Katie, and Kristine—ensuring every visit is supervised by professionals who prioritize safety and comfort. And while Flo & Glo isn’t a doctor’s office, it runs much like one. Every client begins with a medical intake by a nurse practitioner. “You can’t just order whatever you want,” Chad explains. “We’re focused on what’s best for your health.”
Flo & Glo Hammond offers a wide range of therapies designed to help guests feel better, faster:
IV Infusions – Tailored vitamin blends like Imm-U-Flo (immune support), Myers Plus (classic all-in-one), and Head-Flo (relief for migraines and nausea). Prices range from $87 to $197, with add-ons available.
Injections – From B12 and Vitamin D to CoQ10 and Glutathione, each priced at $30. Every Tuesday, injections are $15!
Red Light Therapy – Noninvasive therapy that supports sleep, wound healing, and skin health, while also helping ease seasonal depression.
Foot Detox – A local favorite: a 30-minute ionic soak that draws toxins from the feet. Clients often report restful sleep afterward.
Massage Therapy – Thanks to Hammond’s larger space, Makayla Labranche Slone, Licensed Massage Therapist, provides professional massage sessions onsite.

For franchise founders Cragg and Jansen Fitz & Will and Amy Knight, the vision for Flo & Glo has always been clear: create spaces where people feel genuinely cared for. From the first Amite location to 11 nationwide, the growth has been rapid yet deeply rooted in community. Cragg explains, “We don’t want Flo & Glo to feel like a cold visit to a doctor’s office. We want people to know we care about where they’ve been and where they’re going.”
For the Carrs and Bradley, opening Flo & Glo in downtown Hammond is about more than business, it’s about investing in their community. “Hammond is such a neighborly place,” Lainey says. “We’re excited to be part of downtown’s growth and revitalization.”
