Webflow Designer & Front-End Developer
Webflow Designer & Front-End Developer
What You’ll Do
Design & Build: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of a website, from wireframes and high-fidelity designs to final Webflow production.
Front-End Development: Use HTML, CSS, and light JavaScript to push the boundaries of what’s possible in Webflow and other CMS platforms.
Systemic Thinking: Build scalable Webflow projects using organized class-naming conventions (e.g., Client-First, Finsweet, or similar methodologies).
Cross-Platform Support: While Webflow is our home base, you’ll also assist in maintaining and updating WordPress and Shopify sites.
Collaborate: Work alongside our creative team to ensure brand consistency and "wow-factor" interactions.
Optimize: Ensure every site we launch is SEO-friendly, accessibility-compliant, and lightning-fast across all devices.
The Ideal Candidate
The Eye: You have a deep understanding of typography, hierarchy, and whitespace. You don’t just "make things pretty," you design for user intent.
The Tech: You are fluent in HTML5 and CSS3. You understand how the box model works and aren't afraid of a little custom code to achieve a specific vision.
The Platform: You are a Webflow Professional. You know how to use the CMS, Interactions, and SEO settings like the back of your hand.
The Logic: You have at least a basic understanding of JavaScript (for custom sliders, calculations, or API integrations) and experience with WordPress.
Requirements
Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in Web Design and Front-End Development.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating live Webflow sites and UI/UX case studies. (Applications without a portfolio will not be considered).
Tools: Mastery of the Adobe Creative Cloud.
