The Red White & Brew Inc in Hammond, LA is looking for one dynamic, experienced bartender to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.
Job Details
Responsibilities
1. Interact with customers, both behind the bar and in the retail shop
2. Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
3. Plan and present our electronic bar menu
4. Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
5. Mix ingredients to prepare craft cocktails
6. Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
7. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
8. Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
9. Comply with all ATC food and beverage regulations
10. Complete all required shift duties and maintain a clean bar.
Qualifications
1. Proven working experience as a bartender with craft cocktail experience
2. Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
3. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
4. Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
5. Relevant ATC Responsible Server training certificate
6. Wine and Beer knowledge is a huge plus
