Any participating business located within Downtown Hammond qualifies. Restaurants, retail shops, salons, wellness businesses, entertainment venues, and other local businesses may participate.

Purchases of $20 or more before tax and tip made between July 1 and July 31 qualify for entry.
Receipts must clearly show:
- Business name
- Date of purchase
- Purchase amount
The following purchases are not eligible:
- Gas stations
- National fast-food chains
- Farmers Market purchases
- Gift card purchases
- Purchases made before July 1 or after July 31
- Illegible receipts

Yes. There is no limit to the number of qualifying receipts you may submit during the sweepstakes.
Yes, but only one receipt per business per day may be submitted.
Participants may win one weekly prize and remain eligible for the grand prize drawing.
Weekly winners will be announced throughout July, with the grand prize winner announced shortly after the sweepstakes ends.
Winners will be contacted using the information provided during entry.
Yes. The Downtown Development District may request the original receipt to verify a winning entry.
